Music: Rock/Pop Megafaun

Akron/Family touring partners Megafaun take inspiration from the Grateful Dead's soaring vocal harmonies, channeled  through bluegrass, Southern rock, and folk. As traditional as that may sound on paper, Megafaun's live act is something to be seen, as they crank up the energy (and volume) of their quiet, experimental debut Bury the Square. And of course it just wouldn't be Southern rock without belted-out three-part vocal harmonies. (Extra points are allotted since two of them are brothers.) Local folkies Last of the Blacksmiths open.
